The trio at iRealtor have a combined experience of 13 years in the real estate industry and have been friends for more than 20 years.
We have transacted for our clients HDBs, ECs, condos, walk up apartments, new launches, bungalows, semi-d, inter and corner terraces and land.
We have been awarded Top Transactor, Platinum award winner and ranked top 10% in our agency.
There is nothing special about us except that we have seen more real estate transactions than the average person and possess market insight.

How are we different from other agents?
iRealtor was inspired by the many clients we have served over the years. We often see the joy in our clients’ faces when they tell us about their home and all the positive attributes and great memories that they have formed there over the years.

They were “selling” their home to us. And they enjoyed doing it!
We created iRealtor because we wanted to provide our HDB clients the option to experience the selling of their own home and reducing the cost of selling to 0.5% while providing you with all other value added services.

We believe that the bulk of the value add an agent provides is finding the right buyer, planning and industry insight when our clients’ plan for their next home purchase, pricing the property for maximum value and in negotiation for the best price the market is willing to offer.

Inspired by a wonderful business model
IKEA has a wonderful business model. IKEA packs their furniture into flat regular shapes to reduce both storage and transportation cost so that they can pass on their cost savings to us. And they can also deliver and assemble the furniture for us if we want them to.

We believe that we can reduce the cost of selling your HDB and provide you massive value through a seamless partnership between us. This will leave you more cash for your down payment, renovation or child’s education.

Like IKEA, we will provide you with “instructions” and “tools”.
And of course, we will conduct viewings for you if you want us to.

Importantly, our business model aligns our incentives with yours. We do not require you to sell fast and cheap for us to succeed.
